“Incredible surprise in SF! I felt like having kaisendon and this popped up, so I went with my GF to check. Met the owners who told me they just took over, very nice couple. “On a rainy day, my friend and I kicked things off with hot sake, which was just what we needed. The Kinoko Nimono was the perfect starter—light, flavorful, and absolutely memorable. We also tried their signature “The Roll,” which was packed with bold flavors and a great balance of textures. The standout, however, was the Unagi Yakiniku Don. The portion of unagi was generous, and the flavors were spot-on—easily one of the best I’ve had in San Francisco. I’ll definitely be coming back to this place soon!”

“Been here many times, and it never disappoints. My fav- kaisen don, tuna yubu, mushroom appetizer, and oden soup. Surprisingly, the karaage curry don is the best curry I’ve had in SF. Such a hugh quality fish at a reasonable price. Good for dates or work dinners.”
